<PRE ID="original">This map is a re-projection of the Land Cover Classification map created by CIESIN from a September 23, 1999 LandSat image.  The CIESIN map, in UTM zone 18, meters, was first exported to Ascii format, then imported as a Grid in ArcVIew 3.2, and finally re-projected to State Plane New York East zone, feet, NAD83 using Grid Analyst.  The grid cell resolution is 98.425 feet.</PRE>
