As Westchester County does not maintain tax parcel data (a local government responsibility), the county is providing access to the data in “as is” condition as obtained from the municipality or its tax mapping contractor. Some of the data available for download contain Section Block and Lot (SBL) number with Property Classification Code, but others will only have SBL numbers. Westchester County GIS does not take responsibility for the overall content and/or spatial accuracy of the tax parcel data available for download on this page.
If tax parcel data is not available for download, users should contact the local assessor listed under “Contact Information” for specific information on obtaining digital tax parcel data for that particular municipality. Westchester County GIS does not distribute any municipal tax parcel datasets unless available for download from this page.
Tax parcel datasets will be updated periodically and/or when new data becomes available. There is no established update schedule.
