This Structures dataset, photogrammetrically compiled and published at a scale of 1" = 100' was produced from aerial imagery collected in April 2023 using UltraCAM Eagle camera and covers entire Westchester County, NY. It is described as 'struct_poly' and is delivered as a planimetric layer from 2023 imagery compiled/updated in 3D environment with average elevation as an attribute. The layer includes antennas, buildings, miscellaneous structures, tanks, towers, train platforms and train stations.

Random sampling approach followed to check completness of the data.
The dataset was derived using the existing datasets (last updated in 2013) and updated using 6" RGB imagery collected during April 2018. An UltraCAM sensor was used for collection of the imagery and orthophotos were developed using Z/I suite of software. Structures layer was validated using the orthophotos and updates were performed in Z/I environment. The data was validated by a 3rd party using the latest orthophotos for completness of the data and consistency in data collection.

BUILDING - Buildings of 200 square feet or more in footprint, includes mobile homes.
TANK - Tanks over 500 square feet in footprint.
TOWER - All free standing tower structures with a base of more than 15 feet on a side or 100 feet in height. Includes water, radio, transmission and/or observation towers.
ANTENNA - All community-scale wireless transmission devices and structures including radio, TV, microwave and other antennas.
TRAIN_STATION - Stand alone visible station. Elevators at both ends of the rail road pedestrian bridge captured as building structures.
