Description: Polygon feature class of the Livable Community Connections (LCC) in Westchester County. A Livable Community Connection is a regional hub with representatives from local communities, municipalities and neighborhoods. Its goal is to implement a plan for advocacy and community education to individuals and groups about creating livable communities in Westchester within a specific region. Data layer was substantially modified in 2014 to better align with current municipal tax parcel boundaries. The layer is not an official representation of municipal boundaries and is intended for general reference and planning purposes only. Updated June 2016. Data was compiled by the Department of Senior Program and Services as part of the Livable Communities Caregivers Coaching Program Initiative (L3C). The Livable Community Connection is part of the larger <a target="_blank" href=""> Livable Communities Initiative: A Vision for All Ages - Bringing People and Places Together </a>
