Natural Resources Inventory
The 2008 Natural Resource Inventory (NRI) Grid represents the uniform grid and scale of 800'
used in the original NRI map series optimized to be printed on 11x17 sized papers.
The grid is included in the online NRI for reference.

Discover Trails in County Parks Through Mapillary
County GIS staff used Mapillary -a free app available for Android, iOS, Windows and Amazon devices,
to develop geospatially referenced video imagery of trails in Westchester County parks.
As trail imagery files are made accessible from this website, hikers will be able to see county park system trail conditions as of Summer 2016.

The Effect of Sea Level Rise on Westchester County: A Story Map
In Spring, 2018, Westchester County GIS is scheduled to acquire updated orthophotography data.
The new aerial photography is instrumental in supporting a countywide planimetric update.
The 2018 base map project is of increasing interest as it will serve as a baseline in monitoring changes
to the county coastline due to significant weather events and projected Sea Level Rise (SLR).
Recently GIS staff conducted a comprehensive inventory of County-owned assets which are vulnerable
to 1', 3', and 6' sea level rise categories.
Local Businesses Data Viewer
The Local Businesses Data Viewer enables users to display, search and find up-to date listing of local companies.
Database includes information on hundreds of business data elements including name, address, contact information,
website address, and number of employees, square footage of business, credit scores, and sales volume among others.
